Transform/PHARE--Innovative practices to strengthen behavior change programming
Transform/PHARE strives to develop innovative approaches to social behavior change with the goal of increasing demand for family planning in west francophone Africa. The purpose of the project is to gather and share lessons learnt from short-term interventions implemented in four areas: audience segmentation, male engagement, provider behavior change, and cross sectoral SBCC.
Using world class and private sector techniques such as attitudinal and behavioral segmentation, human center design, and behavioral economics, the project has gathered experiences from which implementers, donors and decision makers can benefit.
