Abstract: 

Ethiopia is an excellent example of a country incorporating reproductive health commodity security (RHCS) into a decentralized setting. By applying the appropriate strategies at regional levels, Ethiopia’s RHCS advocates gained valuable insight into ensuring commodity availability in a dynamic and devolving health system.
